Update: It took a little over two years, but my patent has finally been approved! To this day, between my wife and I, we've received two trademarks and now the patent. I did quite a bit of research before finally deciding to give my business to Omni Legal. I was able to get a phone consultation with Mr. Khalifeh before deciding to drive into Los Angeles. After speaking with him I felt extremely comfortable and was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I have never patented anything before and hearing all the things that go into it and how complicated it is I was almost discouraged to proceed with it! Then I met Omid and in a 15 minute consult all my questions were answered and he completely took my stress away! We hired him right after that and he started right away! Needed to have something trademarked and didn't want to go through the hassle of doing it ourselves. Found Omni Legal Group on Yelp, and submitted an inquiry. After not more than 10 minutes, I received a response from Omid himself. He patiently answered all my questions and explained the entire process clearly and in great detail.
